Cream-licious baked cheese cake with raspberry sauce

This cake is creamy and delicious, therefore cream-licious. It is very quick to prepare but long to bake. They say the secret to a backed cheese cake is not to have a single crack when you take it out of the over. I can safely say I was successful :)
