Fluffy lemon cake with chocolate glaze

Now that the schools are again open, this is a great treat to give to your kids. With or without chocolate. I use dark chocolate and a bit of butter for the glaze.

Sunday butter pancakes

There is nothing like Sunday pancakes! Will bring your kids back inside in a second. Filled with ham and cheese, chocolate paste and banana / cookies or plain with some syrup, they are a true treat :)
