It doesn't have to be complicated to be delicious and this is the proof. It will take about 10 minutes to prepare and a 30 minute wait until it is cold enough to eat ;)
Liana's creamy almond jellyingredients
- 1 pack of jelly powder in your favorite flavor (mine is cherry)
- 500 ml milk (replace all the water mentioned in the jelly powder pack with milk)
- 1 table spoon sugar (optional)
- 50 gr almond in flakes
instructions
- Make half of the milk warm but don't let it boil.
- Dissolve the jelly powder in the warm milk with a whisker.
- Add the sugar and whisk until dissolve.
- Take away from the fire.
- Pour the rest of the milk in the mix and whisk.
- You can separate the mix into four small bowl and add the almond flakes.
- Put in the fridge for half an hour.
- When ready, dip in warm water for a minute and the turn upside on a plate
Ready to serve!
