Summer halvas with refreshing orange taste

I wanted a fresh version of halva and  I was inspired by this recipe from Kitchen Stories but the execution is similar to the traditional halva ta comes from my birthplace Lesvos. Simple, delicious and ready in 20 minutes!

Penny's surprise birthday raspberry cake

I have seen this cake at a patisserie page on facebook and almost booked a flight back to Athens just to buy it. So I thought if it makes me wanna fly to taste it, it will be perfect for my girlfriend's surprise party!

Super bio-cookies from Spelt flour

Jonathan likes to have cookies and milk for breakfast. He had them during Easter while we were visiting our family in Athens so I thought to try an make a healthier variety for him. I used spelt biological flour, olive oil very little sugar and grape molasses. This recipe makes about 24 cookies :)
